Lee Morey moved to Kauai in 1981 after a career in Urban Renewal and Historic Restoration in Lynchburg, Virginia.  While on Holiday on Kauai she answered an ad in the Honolulu Advertiser for a Contract Administrator at Barking Sands.  She was subsequently hired and relocated with her two daughters to start a new life on Kauai. 

   After building runways and airplane hangers at Barking Sands, Lee returned to Real Estate in 1986.  She established her own general brokerage firm, Turtle Cove Realty in 1991.  In 1992, while her own company continued to operate, she went to work for Shell Vacations as their Principal Broker and applied her energy to marketing and developing new product.

     In 2002, Lee decided to concentrate on residential and commercial development and signed on as Broker in Charge for Century 21 All Islands- Koloa office. 

   Design and color are her passion and to that end she owned a fine art gallery and an exotic gift store, Hale Mana Fine Art and Hale Mana "Gifts for the Spirited".  Lee feels all of her creative interests mesh perfectly with her love of homes and people. 

    Lee will go into your house rearrange your furniture and help you paint your walls if that is what it takes to sell your property.  Her clients will always be well represented with her penchant for presentation and marketing skills.     

   With her diverse talents and interests, Lee has the necessary attributes and experience to assist her clients to fulfill their goals whether it is Buying or Selling Real Estate.
